Hollywood Actor Tom Cruise starrer film ‘Mission Impossible-7’ is doing great business in India. The film collected Rs 17.36 crore on Sunday. In this way the total collection of the film has become 63 crores. The film was released on Wednesday i.e. 12 July.
The film earned Rs 12.3 crore on the first day of its release, but saw a slight decline on the second and third day. However, on Saturday and Sunday, the film has again picked up the pace of earning.
According to the way the film is earning, soon it can break the records of the last few films of Top Cruise. Tom’s previous film Top Gun Maverick did an overall collection of Rs 35 crore in India. Whereas Mission Impossible – Fallout did a business of Rs 80.20 crore. Mission Impossible-7 has earned Rs 63 crore in the first five days itself. In the next two days, it will become Tom Cruise’s highest-grossing film in India.
Talking about the worldwide collection, the film has so far earned more than Rs 2,000 crore. The film has collected Rs 640 crores at the US box office alone. Talking about the budget of the film, it has been made for around Rs 1,650 crore.
The craze for Hollywood movies in India has been around for years. The films of Avatar and Avengers series had earned record here. The film Avatar-2 released last year had a collection of 378.22 crores.
Apart from this, the popularity of Marvel series films is of a different level. Avengers Endgame earned Rs 373.22 crore. The popularity of the Spider-Man series is also not hidden from anyone. Spider-Man, No Way Home collected Rs 218.41 crore in India.
