South Superstar Allu Arjun has been given the Best Actor Award for Pushpa. The 69th National Film Awards were announced on Thursday. The special thing is that Allu has become the first Telugu star to win this award. Meanwhile, a video has surfaced on social media, in which Allu’s fans are seen celebrating his victory outside the actor’s house.
This video is from Allu’s house in Hyderabad, where fans were seen setting off fireworks outside his house. During this, Allu came out to meet his fans and greeted them with folded hands.
Earlier on Thursday, a video of Allu surfaced on social media. In the video, Allu was seen sharing a warm hug with Pushpa’s director Sukumar. Both hug each other for a long time. Meanwhile, the rest of the Pushpa film team is also seen celebrating the actor’s victory by clapping. Allu became emotional after winning the award.
Allu Arjun is currently working on the sequel of Pushpa. Pushpa: The Rule will release next year. Rashmika Mandanna and Allu Arjun are in lead roles in the film. Let me tell you, Pushpa: The Rise, directed by Sukumar, is the first film of the franchise, which was released in December 2021. The film earned 332 crores worldwide at the box-office.
