Read Time:1 Minute, 18 Second

Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara’s upcoming film Jawan has been given U/A certificate by CBFC. This means that people of all age groups will be able to watch this film. At the same time, children below 12 years of age will also be able to watch the film with parental guidance. The film is scheduled to release in theaters on 7 September. According to a report in Bollywood Hungama, earlier CBFC has also suggested 7 changes to the film.

The Censor Board has said that the title of President of India has been used at one place in the film, which seems unnecessary in the context of the film. Head of State should be used instead of President of India.

In the film, it is advised to say ‘Use use karo’ instead of ‘Ungli karna’. Apart from this, the word sect has been asked to be used in a dialogue in the film. The board has advised to say IISG instead of NSG i.e. National Security Guard in the film.

Earlier, Shahrukh’s film Pathan was also given a U/A certificate by the censor board but about 12 cuts were made in the close-up shots of Deepika Padukone’s song Besharam Rang. The censor board has not suggested any significant changes in Jawan as compared to Pathan. Pathan earned around 1050 crores worldwide.

At the same time, Nayantara will also be seen in the lead role along with Shah Rukh Khan in director Atlee’s film Jawan. Sanya Malhotra and Deepika Padukone will be seen in cameo roles.
