Actually, in ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’, Shah Rukh Khan played the role of Major Samar Anand. Actor Sharib Hashmi played the role of Shah Rukh’s friend Zain Mirza in this film. In a recent media interview, Sharib revealed that Vicky Kaushal had also auditioned for the role. However, the makers did not find Vicky suitable for the role, which is why he was rejected.
Vicky Kaushal and Sharib have worked together in the film ‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’. Vicky is in the lead role in the film, while Sharib plays the role of a security guard. During a conversation with ANI about his role, Sharib said- I was a little hesitant at first, when I was offered the role of Inspector. I was a little apprehensive about this role as my character in the film was introduced after the interval.’ Apart from Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan in the film, ‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’ stars Sharib Hashmi, Sushmita Mukherjee, Neeraj Sood, Rakesh Bedi was in an important role.
Talking about Vicky’s workfront, he will soon be seen in Meghna Gulzar’s directorial film Sam Bahadur. Let us tell you that Sam Bahadur is the story of India’s war hero and first Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw. Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh will be seen in the lead roles in the film.
