TV serial ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain’ fame actress Disha Parmar and her husband Rahul Vaidya became parents on Wednesday evening. Disha became a mother on the second day of Ganesh Chaturthi and gave birth to a daughter.
The couple shared a post giving this information through social media. They wrote, ‘A baby girl has come into our lives. Both mother and daughter are healthy and absolutely fine. We are happy. Please give your blessings to the child.
Rahul and Disha were in a relationship before marriage. When Rahul was in ‘Bigg Boss 14’, he proposed to Disha. Both of them got married on 16 July 2021 and Disha announced her pregnancy in May 2023.
Rahul is a singer by profession. He was first seen in the first season of Indian Idol in 2005. After this, he worked as a playback singer in many Bollywood films like Jaan-e-Mann, Crazy 4 and Shaadi No. 1. Rahul was the runner up of Bigg Boss 14, while he was a finalist in Khatron Ke Khiladi 11.
Talking about Disha’s work front, the actress started her career with the TV show Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meeth-Meetha Pyaara-Pyaara in 2012 at the age of just 18. Since then, Disha has appeared in 3 TV shows, one web series and some music videos.
