Bollywood Actor Rajkumar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor officially announced the sequel of their horror comedy film Stree 2 at the event of Jio Studios on 12th April. Now Rajkumar Rao has shared the video announcing the film.
While sharing the video, he wrote – O woman! Come next year O woman 2 has come again. To set your hearts flutter, Jio Studios and Maddock Films brings back the witch you all fell in love with. Milegi Milegi, Sabko Milegi Stree 2 in 2024!
The film’s actors Rajkumar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana and Abhishek Banerjee performed a skit on stage to announce the film at an event at Jio Studios. The horror comedy film Stree was directed by Amar Kaushik while Dinesh Vijan was the producer of the film.
As the skit begins, Stree (the witch) comes on stage with background music. ‘O Stree Kal Aana’ is written in the background of the stage. As soon as Rajkummar Rao comes on stage, the horrified laughter of the woman is heard.
Rajkumar says – you are a woman? I looked into your eyes with so much love, got all the love and respect, then why did you come?
After this the stage gets dark and Shraddha Kapoor enters. She tells Rajkumar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi and the people present on the stage that a big trouble is going to befall them. In the end, Pankaj Tripathi tells that Stree 2 will come again in 2024.
Varun Dhawan starrer film Bhediya is also set in Stree’s universe. The sequel of this film has also been announced. This film will be released in 2025.
