On Thursday, Lionsgate showed the first trailer of Michael Jackson biopic ‘Michael’ at CinemaCon 2024 in Las Vegas.
At the conclusion of Lionsgate CinemaCon 2024, producer Graham King released the first trailer of the film, giving the first glimpse of ‘Michael’. Directed by Antoine Fuqua, ‘Michael’ depicts the life of the great artist in depth. In this, the audience will get to see a superstar as well as his shy and emotional personality. Michael Jackson’s nephew Jafar Jackson will be seen playing the lead role in the film.
At the beginning of the trailer, Jackson is on stage performing his biggest hits like ‘Man in the Mirror’ and ‘Thriller’ and the fans are going crazy for him. The first trailer shows Jackson as a young boy, with his mother telling him, ‘Some think you’re different and that will make your life a little harder, but you were never like that, Michael. You have a special light, with which you will shine all over the world one day’.
‘Michael’, directed by Antoine Fuqua, is currently in production and will feature more than 30 songs. Many of these performances will be recreated for the film, starting with Jackson’s classic performance on ABC’s American Bandstand.
