All applications for general entry and best film can be made till 14 November 2024.

Preliminary voting to shortlist films in ten categories for the Oscar Awards will run from December 9 to December 13. The results of which will be announced on 17th December. The voting period for nomination will start from January 8 and end on January 12, 2025. Official nominations will be revealed on Friday 17 January 2025.
In the year 2024, the Oscars were hosted by Jimmy Kimmel. At the same time, director Christopher Nolan’s film ‘Oppenheimer’ was honored with seven awards. In the year 2025, the 97th Oscar ceremony will be held at the Dolby Theater in Ovation Hollywood.
