Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra’s husband and businessman Raj Kundra is now going to step into acting. Raj is soon going to make a film which will be his own biopic. Sources claim that the film will be based on Raj’s days spent in Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail and his experiences. Actually, in 2021, Raj Kundra was arrested in a pornography case, after which he stayed in Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai for 2 months.
According to India Today’s report, a source disclosed, “The film will tell in detail about all those things which are related to Raj Kundra.” It will cover the days that Raj spent in Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail. The name of the director has been kept secret till now. It is being said that Raj Kundra will work on all aspects from production to script. In this, the entire journey of Raj Kundra will be shown.
The source further added, “From the first report of the allegations to the media reporting, from Raj’s days in jail to bail…the film will cover all the events.” This is a story from the perspective of Raj and his family, which will be taken to the masses.
Raj Kundra was arrested last year by the Crime Branch of Mumbai Police on charges of making porn films. Raj’s name came to the fore in this case when some models and struggling actresses alleged that they were forced to work in porn films.
While investigating, the police arrested Raj after raiding his hideouts. In this case, he was jailed for 2 months. Due to the long court proceedings, Raj got bail from the Mumbai Sessions Court in September 2021. Although Raj has not been convicted yet, Raj says that he should be acquitted of the case.
