Cillian Murphy Starrer Oppenheimer Ticket Sold For ₹ 2450

Hollywood Director Christopher Nolan’s film Oppenheimer will release in India on July 21. In the film, actor Cillian Murphy plays scientist J.J. Robert Oppenheimer played the lead role. He did the atomic bomb test for the first time in the world in 1945.

Advance booking of the film has started in India and the costliest ticket for the first-day first show of the film has been sold at a multiplex in Mumbai for Rs 2450. Tax is not included in this ticket price.

According to the reports, advance booking of 3 lakh tickets for the film Oppenheimer has been done so far in India. The ticket rates for any movie may vary from city to city. According to the reports so far, the costliest ticket for this film has been sold at Mumbai’s PVR ICON: Phoenix Palladium Mall.

In Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi also, the tickets for the first day-first show of the film are priced between Rs.1500-2500. People have also booked tickets for the 12 midnight and 4 am shows of the film on the ticket booking platform BookMyShow. Tickets for the 2D show of the film have also been sold for Rs 2,000.

Ashish Saxena, CEO of BookMyShow told The Indian Express – Christopher Nolan’s film Oppenheimer has opened well in India. Advance booking of the film started three weeks before its release. As per our database, 42% of the ticket booking audience has booked IMAX screens to enjoy the ultimate theater experience.

He also told that 54,000 tickets have been booked for the film Barbie so far. 8% of these people have booked tickets for both the movies on the same day. Whereas, 22% of people who want to see Oppenheimer have already seen Mission Impossible 7.

Robert Downey Jr. and Emily Blunt will also be seen in the film Oppenheimer. The film will clash with Margot Robbie’s Barbie at the box-office on July 21. Hollywood’s famous director Christopher Nolan’s recent release is ‘Oppenheimer’.
