Bollywood Actor Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon will again share the screen. The pair will be seen again on the big screen after 20 years. Akshay and Raveena will work together in the film Welcome-3.
Akshay and Raveena were once considered the hit pair of Bollywood. The two had worked together in hit films like Mohra, Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi and Barood. At one time there were reports of their affair. The talk had even reached the engagement. However, due to some reason the two parted ways. After 2004, both of them never did films together.
According to Pinkvilla’s report- Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon have joined hands to work together in Welcome-3. It took them 20 years to get back together. The makers of Welcome-3 have made it possible.
The third part of Welcome will be titled Welcome to Jungle. It will be an adventure comedy film. The film is in progress, shooting will start soon. Akshay and Raveena are also very excited for this film. Both have liked the script of the film.
Firoz Nadiadwala will produce this film. The film will be released on Christmas 2024. Welcome 3 is going to be a larger than life film. Apart from Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt and Paresh Rawal will also be seen in the film. Akshay Kumar worked in the first part of Welcome. In Welcome 2, he was replaced by John Abraham. However, this film could not show anything special.
As per a Pinkvilla report, some more characters like Sunil Shetty, Jacqueline Fernandez and Disha Patani have also been roped in for the film. Now with the arrival of Raveena, the starcast of the film has become huge. It will be interesting to see how the film turns out.
The pair of Raveena Tandon and Akshay Kumar was once well liked. Who can forget their iconic chemistry in Mohra’s song ‘Tip Tip Barsa Pani’. After this film, the news of their engagement came to the fore. However, for some reason the engagement broke down and the two parted ways.
In 2001, Akshay married Rajesh Khanna’s daughter and actress Twinkle Khanna, while Raveena also married businessman Anil Thadani in 2004. Both of them last worked in the film ‘Police Force’ released in 2004. After this, directly after 20 years in 2024, both will be seen together on the silver screen.
