Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2 Screening At Parliament House

Bollywood Actor Sunny Deol’s film Gadar-2 is being screened in the new Parliament House from Friday. There will be five shows every day till August 27. This is the first time that a film has been screened in the new Parliament House. The screening will run for the next three days from August 25. Five shows will be run everyday.

This screening is kept for the members of the Lok Sabha. Sunny Deol is also an MP from Gurdaspur in Punjab. On the question of showing Gadar-2 in Parliament House, Anil Sharma told Times of India – We have received a mail from Parliament House. I am feeling very happy and honored.

Will Anil Sharma be a part of this screening. On this question, Anil Sharma said – It is difficult to travel from Mumbai to Delhi. However, it is heard that the Vice President will also watch the film. If that happens, I may leave for Delhi tomorrow.

The official name of Sunny Deol is Ajay Singh Deol. He is BJP MP from Gurdaspur seat of Punjab since 2019. He defeated the then Congress leader Sunil Jakhar. Actor Vinod Khanna was a BJP MP from this seat for a long time.

Gadar-2 is making daily earning records these days. In such a situation, the director and actor of the film Sunny Deol is quite upset. Sunny Deol became very emotional due to the success of the film.

Talking on this, Anil Sharma said- Zee Studio had arranged the shows from 3 am on the first day of its release. The studio didn’t even tell me about it. He knew I would refuse. Although now I salute his decision.

When I woke up in the morning on the day of release, my wife told that the film has got positive response. I was shocked to see the reactions of people on social media. I kept watching his reaction videos for an hour.

Anil further said- Sunny knew that Zee Studio had arranged for the early shows of the film. They too had woken up at 6 in the morning. I called them. He started crying on the phone itself. I saw Sunny Deol crying for the first time. He said that Sharma ji, we have done it. Tears welled up in my and wife’s eyes too. It was a very emotional moment.

Gadar-2 collected Rs 8.40 crore on Thursday. The total collection of the film has gone up to Rs 419.10 crore. Gadar-2 had left behind the lifetime collection of Aamir Khan’s film Dangal (387.38 crores) in the past. Now it is eyeing to break the record of Hindi version of KGF-2. KGF-2 had a lifetime collection of Rs 434.70 crore.
