Sufi singer Jyoti Nooran has once again come into controversy after her estrangement from her husband. In a restaurant located on Nakodar Road, Jalandhar, on Sunday night, her colleagues attacked the fans with swords in a state of intoxication. The entire incident was captured in a CCTV camera installed at a nearby petrol pump.
The person injured in the attack has been identified as Sachin Bagga, a resident of Satnam Nagar. The injury in his left hand is high. After getting medical done at the civil hospital, he has given a complaint to the police.
Sachin Bagga said that he was coming from Mohali with his family. On the way, stopped for food and drink at a restaurant on Nakodar Road. Jyoti Nooran also came there with her companions. He requested Jyoti for the photo. He was getting photographed when Jyoti’s team members started misbehaving with him.
He started fighting with them and took out his sword and attacked him. Kicked them out of the restaurant. Bagga said that Jyoti Nooran was in a state of intoxication. Bagga said that after his colleagues raised their hands, Jyoti Nooran also started fighting with them.
ASI Hira Lal of Police Station Division No. 4 told that he was on night duty. He got a message that there has been an accident on Nakodar Road. When he reached the spot, the matter turned out to be a quarrel. The injured Sachin Bagga was immediately taken to the Civil Hospital. Later the CCTV footage was taken out. The accused are being identified.
