After ‘Tiger 3’, now the eyes and box office hopes of the industry are fixed on ‘Animal’ and ‘Dunki’. Many actors including Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Boman Irani, Vikram Kochhar and Dharmendra will be seen in this film. Apart from this, actor Ajay Kumar has also played an important role in it. Ajay shared some important information related to the film with Dainik Bhaskar.
According to Ajay, Shahrukh did not take this film lightly at all. He continued working on one scene for six hours continuously. Ajay also clarified that Shahrukh will be seen in 3 to 4 different looks in the film.
Ajay told, ‘On the first day I reached the Mumbai set straight from Delhi. I reached there between 10 and 11 in the morning. Shahrukh also came to the set after an hour or so. Then he shot continuously for six hours. It is said about the stars that as soon as the shoot breaks on the set, they go to their vanity or start taking rest. Shahrukh is not like that at all. Instead of resting during shoot breaks, he used to rehearse.
Along with this, Ajay also gave important information related to the film. He told- ‘Many looks of Shahrukh will be seen in the film. The scene he has with me is his young version. After this, as the film progresses, many changes will be seen in his look.
For this, not only the make-up team but the entire army was ready on the set. He used to constantly alert the makers as to how Shahrukh’s getup should be kept in which scene. Keeping this in mind, Shahrukh’s make-up was done scene by scene.
Talking about himself, Ajay said, ‘The name of my character in the film is Vangi Purappu Venkata Kuppu. In this, I will be seen in the role of an examiner, who tests the applicants going to England. Personally, I am from Bihar but ‘Dinky’ is the third film in which I got the role of a South Indian person. Before this, I have played South Indian characters in ‘Chillar Party’ and ‘Airlift’.
