A new song from Karan Johar’s next film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ has been released. Titled ‘Dhindhora Baje Re’, the song has been picturized on lead actors Ranveer and Alia. The song is set in the Durga Puja festival. In the film, Alia’s character is shown as Bengali and Ranveer is shown as Punjabi. In the song, both are seen going against their families and supporting love.
This song is composed by Pritam. Its lyrics are written by Amitabh Bhattacharya and it is sung by Darshan Raval and Bhumi Trivedi. The song is choreographed by Vaibhavi Merchant. It is shown in this video song that Alia’s family has accepted Ranveer’s family. However, characters from Ranveer’s family, especially Jaya Bachchan and Aamir Bashir, seem angry and sad. In this Ranveer and Alia are seen dancing their hearts out.
