The trailer of Shahid Kapoor’s younger brother Ishaan Khattar’s next film Pippa has been released. The big thing is that this film will now be released directly on OTT. Earlier the makers were preparing to release it in theaters but now it will be released on Prime Video on November 10.
The story of the film is woven around Captain Balram Singh Mehta of India’s 45th Cavalry Regiment. Captain Balram along with his siblings fought on the East Front during the India-Pakistan war of 1971. In this 2-minute trailer, more preference has been given to war action scenes. Apart from this, some family emotion scenes have also been shown.
This film has been directed by Raja Krishna Menon who has previously directed Akshay Kumar starrer Airlift. Ishaan Khattar will be seen in the role of Captain Balram Singh Mehta in the film. Apart from them, Mrinal Thakur, Priyanshu Panuli and Soni Razdan will be seen in important roles.
