Recently, Pankaj Tripathi revealed that during the shooting of this film, he consumed only Khichdi for 60 consecutive days.
The actor recently talked about his unique 60-day eating routine. He told that during this period he ate only Khichdi, that too made with his own hands. Explaining the reason for this, he said, ‘You can never know how someone else has made it? I make it without oil and spices. I make khichdi by just mixing simple dal, rice and local vegetables.
Pankaj Tripathi says that he consumed Khichdi during the shooting of the film ‘Main Atal Hoon’ so that he could portray the character of the late PM on screen in a better way. Can connect emotionally with his character. Pankaj said, ‘When I was young, I could act even after eating samosa, but today I don’t remember when was the last time I ate samosa? Now I need a sattvik diet to keep my method correct.
Pankaj Tripathi stressed the importance of healthy eating. He said that this is not only necessary for the well-being of health, but it is also helpful for an actor to play his character well. He said that consuming poor food and having an upset stomach would hinder an actor from expressing his emotions effectively. Therefore, to play such an important role, he ate only Khichdi, so that he could maintain his emotional and physical health and play the character well.
