According to Gulshan, he first met Shahrukh in 2011 during the Filmfare Awards. Gulshan was present at that time with Anurag Kashyap and Kalki Koechlin. There he met Shahrukh Khan. According to Gulshan, after the party, Shah Rukh had invited all of them to his house as well.
