SRK Pathan Advance Booking Break All The Records

Bollywood King Shah Rukh Khan’s film Pathan is releasing on the big screen tomorrow. The boycott trend that started with the first teaser of the film, then the controversy over Deepika’s saffron bikini in the song Besharam Rang kept the film in limelight. This is the first time that Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone did not participate in the promotion of any of their films. Both the actors neither gave interviews to the media, nor were seen promoting Pathan in any show on TV channels.

Amidst all the controversies and boycotts, the advance booking for Pathan started from 20 January. It got tremendous response. 1.71 lakh tickets were booked on the first day itself. By the evening of January 23, this figure reached around 3.5 lakh. Pathan has become the biggest Hindi film in terms of advance bookings. Only KGF-2 is ahead of it, which had more than 5 lakh advance tickets booked.

A Shahrukh fan in Mumbai has booked an entire theater for the first show on January 25. Its tickets will be distributed to acid survivor girls and fans of Shahrukh. Meanwhile, trade analyst Tarun Adarsh has also given a big update on social media that with the release of Pathan, 25 such single screen theaters across the country are starting again which were closed during the Corona period.

Whether the film will be a hit or a flop, it will be clear in the next 4-5 days, but the way Pathan’s advance booking has been done, it has become clear that after a long time a Bollywood film is expected to get a bumper opening. Trade analysts estimate that Pathan’s opening day earnings could be around 45 crores. In the first 2-3 days itself, the film will touch the figure of 100 crores.

Shahrukh Khan is returning to the big screen as a hero after 4 years. Read on this occasion, from the controversy of Besharam Rang song to Shahrukh-Deepika’s film career in the last 10 years, what were the ups and downs.
