Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is all set to delight his fans with his upcoming film ‘Dunki’ directed by Rajkumar Hirani. The actor is constantly sharing glimpses of the film on social media. In this sequence, King Khan started the 8-day countdown for the release of the film by tweeting on Wednesday.
‘Dunki’ is a comedy-drama film, which marks the first collaboration between Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani. Rajkumar Hirani is known for his blockbuster films like ‘Munna Bhai’ series, ‘3 Idiots’ and ‘Sanju’. The film also stars Boman Irani, Vicky Kaushal and Taapsee Pannu in lead roles. The film is co-written by Hirani, Abhijat Joshi and Kanika Dhillon.
Shahrukh Khan shared a poster related to the film, in which he is seen starting the eight-day countdown. Badshah wrote in the post, ‘Hardy is ready. With his girl friend Manu. Keep your friend, sister, family free. Bring everyone with you, only eight days are left. Eight days left for Donkey.
Shahrukh Khan starrer ‘Dunki’, directed by Rajkumar Hirani, is one of the most awaited films of this year. The film is scheduled to hit the theaters on December 21, 2023, on the occasion of Christmas. Along with Shahrukh Khan, ‘Dinky’ also stars Taapsee Pannu, Boman Irani, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhar and Anil Grover.

Written by Abhijat Joshi, Rajkumar Hirani and Kanika Dhillon, the budget of ‘Dunki’ is said to be Rs 120 crore.
