Bollywood Cult Classic Film Aashiqui fame actor Rahul Roy suffered a brain stroke in 2020. His condition was very bad. No one from the film industry came to meet Rahul in this bad phase. Even Mahesh Bhatt, the director who launched Rahul, did not turn up. It was only Salman Khan who helped Rahul.
Rahul’s financial condition was not good at the time of brain stroke. Rahul was admitted to Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai at that time. Salman had paid the hospital bill of Rs 2 lakh without any fuss. Rahul said that he wants the industry people to give him work so that he can return his money to Salman.
Rahul was asked if Mahesh Bhatt, Pooja or anyone from the Bhatt family contacted him. In response, Rahul said in a conversation with Siddharth Kanan – no one came, but let’s go. Rahul’s sister Priyanka Roy said- No one contacted our house itself. Even Rahul’s twin brother did not come to see him. It’s been three and a half years since the incident, but still no family member has contacted. When his own brother did not ask, then what is the point of stars.
Priyanka said that she did not have enough money for Rahul’s treatment. Priyanka said- I had only 25,000 thousand rupees. The hospital people were asking for one lakh rupees. Salman did not know about Rahul’s condition. However, when he came to know, he immediately deposited two lakh rupees.
Priyanka said that there were some people who saw their advantage in Rahul’s bad condition. Priyanka said- There was a person who wanted to meet Rahul in the hospital. But when he came to meet, media people were also with him.
Later, Rahul was admitted to the ICU of Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai. Priyanka said, ‘Salman helped without making noise. This was not something that should be made news. After this incident, I realized that this man is no less than a diamond.
