Read Time:1 Minute, 25 Second

Bollywood Actor Pankaj Tripathi is upset as to why his film OMG-2 got an A certificate. Pankaj said that his film has been made keeping in mind the age group of 12-17 years. In such a situation, he needs to see this film the most.

Now, after getting an A certificate, only the target audience will not be able to watch the film. Pankaj said that when they were making the film, it was not even in their mind that the film would get an A certificate. According to Pankaj, at the time of Gangs of Wasseypur, it was known that the film would get an adult certificate, because the nature of that film was the same.

Pankaj Tripathi is playing the lead role in the film OMG-2 opposite Akshay Kumar. According to the report of DNA, Pankaj said in an event – While making Gangs of Wasseypur, we had in our mind that the film will get an adult certificate in any case. But with OMG-2 there were many surprises.

We didn’t expect the film to get an A certificate. It is a bit regretful that the age group which should have seen this film, will not be able to see it. Pankaj further said- I think some solution should be found between U/A and A certificate. Hopefully there will be some change with the introduction of the Cinematograph Bill.

Yami Gautam was also present in this promotional event. He was asked a question on the clash between OMG-2 and Gadar 2. Yami said that she has been a big fan of Sunny Deol. Yami said that she has also kept a picture of Sunny Deol’s handpump uprooting scene.
