FIR Lodged Against The Makers Of ’72 Hoorain’

A complaint has been filed against the producers and director of the film ’72 Hoorain’ at the Goregaon police station in Mumbai. According to the complainant, the film has shown a wrong image of a particular community. ’72 Hoorain’ is directed by Sanjay Puran Singh. Its producers are Ashok Pandit, Gulab Singh Tanwar, Anirudh Tanwar and Kiran Dagar.

Mumbai-based social activist Syed Arif Ali Mahmood Ali has lodged this FIR. Accordingly, the four producers, including the film’s director Sanjay Puran Singh and Ashok Pandit, have been accused of insulting religion and showing a wrong image of a particular community. Along with this, in the FIR, the makers have also been accused of earning money through fake propaganda.

The trailer of this film was released on 28 June. It is shown in the trailer how youths become suicide bombers after being seduced by fundamentalists. How a terrorist misleads people by giving the lure of 72 Hoorain. It has been claimed that the film is based on true events.

The film will be released on July 7 in 10 languages including Bhojpuri, Kashmiri, Marathi. Pawan Malhotra and Aamir Bashir will be seen in the lead roles in this.
