‘No Entry 2’ has been in the headlines since its announcement. Anil Kapoor will be absent in the sequel of this 2005 hit comedy film. Meanwhile, the film’s director Anees Bazmee has been in the news for one of his statements. The director recently addressed the ongoing tension between brothers Anil Kapoor and Boney Kapoor. Bazmee spoke about working with Anil Kapoor while highlighting his important role in ‘No Entry’.

Anees Bazmee, who is directing ‘No Entry 2’, has often spoken openly about the rift between the two brothers. During a recent interview, the filmmaker said that he is a friend of both the brothers and knows that Anil is unhappy about not being a part of the sequel of the 2005 superhit comedy. Bazmee said, ‘I have worked a lot with Anil ji. Anil ji was not only an actor but was also very involved with No Entry.’

However, the filmmaker said that he chooses to stay away from talking to the brothers and trying to calm the situation. In the words of Anees, ‘As far as I know, both the brothers have a lot of love for each other. The resentment between them can be for a few days. I think both of them will settle it among themselves and talk to each other, I do not need to talk to both of them. They do not need anyone else.’

In recent months, news of a rift between producer Boney and his brother and actor Anil Kapoor came to light. Anil starred in the original film alongside Salman Khan and Fardeen Khan. Meanwhile, reports of a rift between Anil and Boney have increased the anticipation for ‘No Entry 2’. The sequel, which will feature Diljit Dosanjh, Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor in lead roles, will mark Anil’s absence from the latest installment of the franchise.
