Bollywood Actress Trupti Dimri has played a small but very effective role in the film Animal. Her character’s name in the film is Zoya who is the enemy of Ranbir’s character Vijay but falls in love with him.
There are also many intimate scenes between Trupti and Ranbir in the film. In an interview, Trupti told how these scenes were shot and how her parents reacted after watching this scene. Trupti said that it took some time for her parents to accept this scene.
Speaking to Bollywood Hungama, Trupti said, ‘My parents were shocked to see my character and the intimate scenes in the film. He said- ‘We have never seen anything like this in films and you have done it.’ It took some time for him to accept this scene.
However, he was very sweet with me. He said, ‘You should not have done this but it is okay now. As parents we will clearly feel this. Trupti further said- ‘Later I explained to him that I was not doing anything wrong. This is my job and as long as I feel safe and comfortable I have no problem doing something like this.
During this time only I, Ranbir, cinematographer and Sandeep were present on the set. During the shooting, Sandeep used to ask me every 5 minutes whether I was comfortable or not? Do I need anything? I did not feel uncomfortable at all during this period because the makers took care of this.
Meanwhile, on Sunday, Trupti’s Instagram account got 3 million followers. The actress celebrated it by cutting the cake. Let us tell you that after the release of ‘Animal’, Trupti’s fan following has increased a lot. His followers have increased by about 20 lakh in just seven days. Meanwhile, despite facing all kinds of criticism, Animal has earned Rs 660.89 crore worldwide at the box office.
On Saturday, the 9th day of its release, the film earned Rs 60.22 crore worldwide, which is a record in itself. With this, Animal has become the first Indian film to make such a huge collection worldwide on the 9th day.
