Bollywood Actress Priyanka Chopra recently told that she had gone into deep depression after her nose surgery went bad. The actress said that at that time she started feeling that this could end her career. Not only this, Priyanka told that during that time she was replaced by films. He had to suffer a lot in his career due to nose surgery.
During The Howard Stern Show, Priyanka told that she was fired from 3 films after nose surgery. The actress described that time as her dark phase. She said- ‘After the surgery, my face started looking completely different. I myself went into depression. Because of this, my Bollywood career was also at stake.
Actually, shortly after winning Miss World, Priyanka went to a doctor because she was having trouble breathing. The doctor told that she had a polyp (tissue growth) in her nose and would have to undergo surgery to remove it. Priyanka’s surgery went wrong and the look of her nose changed completely. She was afraid that his acting career would end before it even started.
Priyanka told that during that time her late father Ashok Chopra asked her to undergo surgery again despite fear. He encouraged the actress in her bad phase. Priyanka said- My face looked completely different. I went into depression. I was scared after being dropped from three films. But, my father said- ‘I will stay in the room with you. Priyanka believes that it was because of him that she was able to get out of that phase. It was because of him that the lost confidence of the actress came back.
Praising Bollywood director Anil Sharma, Priyanka said that when she was being fired from films, it was Anil who gave her work. She said- I was about to play the lead role, but suddenly I was shifted to the side role. That filmmaker was very kind. When everything was against me, then she said – there will be a small part, but you have to try to give your all. I did exactly that. Anil had directed Priyanka’s first Hindi film ‘The Hero: Love Story of a Spy’.
