The person who threatened to kill actor Salman Khan by calling the Mumbai Police has been taken into custody. The Mumbai Police said on Tuesday that the menace is a minor boy, aged 16 years. He has been taken into custody from Shahapur near Thane and is being brought to Mumbai for further investigation.
According to the Mumbai Police, this threat was made on Monday through a call. The accused had told his name as Rocky Bhai. The caller said that he is from Jodhpur, Rajasthan and will kill Salman on 30 April.

On March 23, Salman was threatened with death through email. The Jodhpur police arrested the accused and handed them over to the Mumbai police. The name of the accused was Dhakadram and his age is 21 years. Dhakadram had sent three emails to Salman. After receiving the mail, a case was registered at Bandra police station (Mumbai), following which Mumbai police contacted Jodhpur police from where he was arrested.
On March 19, Salman Khan received death threats via email from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Since then, a temporary police post was made by increasing the security of his house Galaxy Apartments.
