Kajol Bought An Office In Mumbai For 7.64 Crores
30 and counting: For many 1990s kids, Kajol was the epitome of style and grace. The actor recently celebrated 30 years in Bollywood (Her first film, Bekhudi, released in 1992) with a surprise announcement. She would be making her series debut with Disney+Hotstar. She had made her OTT debut with the 2021 Netflix film, Tribhanga. “Being an avid fan of digital series, the concept has always been intriguing,” said Kajol. Though exploring a new format is challenging, she feels “it is a great thing as I love to take challenges head-on”. Bollywood actress Kajol bought an apartment in April this year. Now she has invested in another property in Mumbai. The actress has bought office space in Andheri West, which costs Rs 7.64 crore.
According to a report in Money Control, Kajol bought this office space in July. She signed the agreement on 28 July. The carpet area space of this office, located in the Signature building in Oshiwara, is 194.67 square meters.
The special thing is that a month and a half ago, her husband Ajay Devgan had also bought an office in the same building. The price of this property with 5 unit office was Rs 45 crore. She bought office space on the 16th and 17th floors of the Signature building in Oshiwara, which has a total space of 13,293 square feet.
On the professional front, Kajol was seen in the recently released series ‘Lust Stories 2’ and ‘The Trial’. Among his upcoming projects is ‘Sarzmeen’, which will mark the debut of Saif Ali Khan’s son Ibrahim Ali Khan. Apart from this, the actress will also be seen in Netflix’s film ‘Do Patti’.
