Bollywood Actor John Abraham has made a great start to the year 2024. On New Year, John has given himself a gift and bought a bungalow in the prime location of Mumbai. The price of this bungalow is said to be Rs 75 crore.
According to a recent Indextap.com report, John Abraham had signed the agreement papers to buy the bungalow on 27 December 2023. The price of the bungalow is said to be Rs 70 crore 80 lakh, for purchasing which John has paid a stamp duty of Rs 4 crore.
John Abraham’s new bungalow is located on Linking Road, Khar area of Mumbai, whose house number is 372. John has bought this bungalow from Praveen Nath Lal Shah, whose name is currently Nirmal Bhawan. This bungalow is of 5416 square feet, whose carpet area is 7722 square feet.
Linking Road of Khar, Mumbai is one of the most expensive areas not only in Mumbai but in the country. The property rate of that area is Rs 800 per square feet. At present, no concrete information has been revealed whether John himself will live in that bungalow or not.
Apart from John, Salman Khan is also the owner of a 4-storey commercial building located on Linking Road. He had bought that building years ago for Rs 120 crore. Recently many celebs like Preity Zinta, Ananya Pandey have also bought property in Mumbai.
John Abraham was last seen in the film Pathan. He won a lot of praise by playing a negative role in the film. Now John has 4 big films in his account. His upcoming films include Tehran, The Diplomat, Tariq and Veda.
