After ‘Main Tera Hero’ (2014), ‘Judwaa 2’ (2017), and ‘Coolie No. 1’ (2020), David Dhawan and Varun Dhawan are coming together for the fourth time for an untitled comedy. The actor will be seen with two actresses in this upcoming film. Meanwhile, an interesting report has come out regarding the name of an actress joining the film. This project supported by Ramesh Taurani has increased the enthusiasm of the fans a lot.
According to the information, Mrunal Thakur’s name has been attached to this unnamed comedy film. A media report quoted a source as saying, ‘This is the first time that Varun and Mrunal are collaborating for a film and everyone associated with the project is very excited about this new pairing. Some meetings between Mrunal and David sir have also taken place and it is expected that the film will start rolling in May or June this year.
The report further adds, ‘Preparations are underway and the second female lead will be signed soon.’ There is also information that this film will be shot at many places in India and abroad. Reportedly, apart from the three lead characters, the film will also feature several veteran comedians who have collaborated with David Dhawan several times in the past.
According to the report, ‘David Dhawan has been exploring many ideas for the last few years and he has finally found one that guarantees family entertainment. Like David Dhawan’s comedy world, this too will see two actresses opposite Varun Dhawan. The title of the film has not been announced yet. Varun is also very excited to be back in the comic space after some time.
On the work front, Varun Dhawan will next be seen in Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK’s ‘Citadel’ alongside Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Apart from this, she will be seen in ‘Baby John’ produced by Atlee and Murad Khetani with Keerthy Suresh and Vamika Gabbi.
