Ananya Pandey will soon be seen in her first web-series Call Me Bae. This show has been in discussion for quite some time now. Meanwhile, the makers have also announced the release date of the show. This show of Ananya will be released on Amazon Prime Video on 6th September.
The producers gave this information on social media on Monday. Produced by Ishita Moitra and directed by Colin D’Cunha, the series will see a total of 15 episodes. Ananya will be seen in the lead role in the show. In this, the name of his character is being told as Bela Be Chaudhary.
Apart from Ananya, the show also stars Vir Das, Gurfateh Pirzada, Varun Sood, Vihaan Samat, Muskaan Jaffrey, Niharika Lyra Dutt, Lisa Mishra and Mini Mathur in lead roles. Announcing the release date, the makers shared a poster of the show, in which Ananya is seen sitting under the blue sky in funky clothes. Suit case and hand bag are also visible around him. While sharing this post, Prime Video wrote in the caption, “Update your calendars, things are about to brighten up.”
The show is written by Ishita Moitra, Sameena Motlekar and Rohit Nair. This is a web series made in Dharmatic Entertainment Production. Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta and Somen Mishra are the executive producers of the show.
