Bollywood Blockbuster Film Gadar actress Ameesha Patel is in trouble. The Ranchi Civil Court has issued warrants against Ameesha and her business partner Kunal Gumar for check bounce, cheating and intimidation. Earlier in the case, the court had sent summons to Ameesha, but when she did not reach the court, the court issued a warrant against her. The next hearing of the case will be on April 15.
Actually, a person named Ajay Kumar Singh had filed a case against both of them in the Chief Judicial Magistrate on 17 November 2018. She had alleged that Ameesha and her business partner Kunal had taken money from her in the name of music albums and films, yet the film and album have not been made. Ajay alleges that Ameesha had taken Rs 2.5 crore from him for the film Desi Magic, which Ameesha did not return.
According to the contract between the two, when the film Desi Magic did not materialize in 2018, Ajay demanded his money from Ameesha. After a long wait, Amisha gave two checks of Rs 2.5 crore and Rs 50 lakh in October 2018, which bounced. After this Ajay filed a case against Ameesha and her manager.
