After the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, the audio of the fourth song ‘Chorni’ has been released. Video will be released tomorrow morning. Rapper DIVINE has released it. Which has been viewed by 2 lakh people on YouTube in 2 hours.
The old style of Moosewala is seen in the new song. In the beginning of which, while telling about his signature style, Moosewala says that Thaapi only kills, in which there is force. After the murder, Sidhu Moosewala’s songs SYL, War and Mera Na have come among the fans.
After getting into controversies, the SYL song was banned by the government. Moosewala’s third song ‘Mera Na’ was launched on 7 April 2023. Which got 20 lakh views in an hour and 7 lakh people liked the song and 1.5 lakh comments came.
The song featured lyrics by Nigerian rapper Burna Boy. Moosewala’s family says that 40 to 45 of his songs are pending, which will be gradually brought among his fans. The song SYL was released on 23 June after the murder of Sidhu Moosewala. In which Moosewala raised the water issue of Punjab. The song got 27 million views in 72 hours. After which this song was banned in India.
The SYL issue is still creating tension between Punjab and Haryana. After this song, Balwinder Singh Jatana also came in the limelight. Jatana shot dead two officers engaged in the work of Sutlej-Yamuna Link (SYL) canal between Punjab and Haryana in Chandigarh.
