Indian cricketer Shubman Gill has lent his voice for the Hindi and Punjabi versions of the animated film ‘Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse’. Shubman, who entered the industry through dubbing, said in a recent interview that he finds acting a very fascinating job. Currently, he is waiting for the response from the audience on his debut film ‘Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse’. This film will be released on 1 June.
In an interview to News18, Shubman said that even though he is not sure whether he will act in the film or not, he wants to improve his acting skills. Shubman said, ‘I am always fascinated about acting. I think after attending some acting classes and workshops, I can try my hand in the acting field.
On debuting in the dubbing industry, Shubman said, ‘I have dubbed this film for this reason. I thought this would give me some new experience. Anyway, acting and cinema is a very fascinating job for me. However, I feel it is difficult to play someone you are not, so I would like to learn acting. Still, I am not sure whether I will do a film or not.
When asked which genre of film he would like to debut in, Gill said he would prefer a drama-thriller. Apart from this, while talking about his favorite actors, he told that he is a fan of actors like Al Pacino, Robert De Niro and Johnny Depp.
