Bollywood Actor Salman Khan’s career got a new direction from the film Tere Naam, directed by Satish Kaushik. Salman has recently said that he had discussed with Satish Kaushik about the sequel of Tere Naam. Satish had told Salman that he would soon start working on its script.
However, even before the work started on it, he said goodbye to the world. Salman and Satish were very close to each other. Salman was very sad at the time of his friend’s death, he reached Satish’s house and also paid tribute to him.
According to a Times of India report, Salman said that 20 years ago, Satish explained to him the entire plot of Tere Naam in just one line. Salman liked his idea very much. Satish had worked on a film with Salman’s brother Arbaaz before his death, and was soon going to work with him on a third project. This third project was related to Tere Naam 2.
Talking about this, Anurag had said that if he had not given a piece of advice to Salman Khan, he would have been directing Tere Naam. According to Anurag, he advised Salman Khan to grow hair on his chest in the film.
Anurag believed that the background of the film was UP based, so the hero should also look like UP, but perhaps this did not go down well with Salman. Later Anurag had to lose his hands from this project overnight. When Anurag spoke about hair growth, Salman remained calm at that time, he did not say anything at that time. The next day it came to know that in place of Anurag, Satish Kaushik has been handed over the direction of the film.
Satish Kaushik died on March 9 at the age of 66. He had a cardiac attack. After which he was taken to the hospital, where he was declared brought dead by the doctors. Many celebrities including Salman Khan, Anupam Kher, Javed Akhtar, Anil Kapoor, Boney Kapoor and Vidya Balan attended his prayer meet.
