Prabhas Starrer Salaar Release Postponed

Fans have been waiting for Prabhas starrer film ‘Salaar: The Ceasefire’ for a long time. Earlier this film was scheduled to release on September 28, but now it has been postponed. On Wednesday, the makers of the film released a statement on social media, in which they also explained the reason for the delay in release. However, till now no new update has come from the makers regarding the new release date.

Film production company Homble Films has released an official statement. He wrote- ‘Thank you for giving so much love and support to Salar. Due to many reasons we are not releasing the film on September 28. We have taken this decision carefully, because we want to give you a very special cinema experience.

The makers further wrote in the statement- ‘Our team is trying to add better elements to the film. You will be informed about the new release date when the time comes. Till then stay tuned as we put the final touches on Salaar. Thank you for being a part of our journey.

Recently, news had come out that the film will be released between 10th and 24th November. However, this has not been confirmed from the makers. Let us tell you that this much awaited film of Prabhas has been directed by Prashant Neel. Talking about the star cast, apart from Prabhas in Salaar, Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Meenakshi Choudhary, Shreya Reddy, Easwari Rao and others are playing lead roles in the film.

Recently a good news has come for the fans of Prabhas. South filmmaker Vishnu Manchu has recently confirmed that Prabhas will be a part of his film Kannappa. Since this announcement by Vishnu Manchu, it is being said that Prabhas will play the role of Lord Shiva in this film. However, till now no update has been given by the makers regarding Prabhas’s character. Apart from Prabhas, Kriti Sanon’s sister Nupur Sanon will be seen in the lead role in this film.

Apart from Salaar, Prabhas will soon be seen in ‘Kalki 2898’. Apart from Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan will be seen in lead roles in this film. The film will be released on January 12 next year. Prabhas has not got any good film since ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’. In such a situation, he has high expectations from his upcoming films.
