17 years have passed since the release of Kajol and Aamir Khan starrer film Fanaa. On this occasion, Kajol shared a very interesting anecdote related to the film. Kajol told that she had shot a song in minus 27 degree temperature. Kajol wore only a chiffon salwar kameez for the shoot, while her co-actor Aamir Khan wore a jacket.
Sharing the video clip of Fanaa’s song, Kajol wrote- ‘Out of so many comebacks, Juni’s character will always be special to me, because I had to live without my glasses only. Because you guys like my memories, so I give you some more good memories
Sharing an anecdote related to the film, Kajol wrote- ‘Poland on the first day of shooting. It was 27 degrees centigrade and I was wearing a thin chiffon salwar kameez on a frozen lake where it was freezing cold. On the other hand, Aamir Khan bought himself a nice thick jacket from the local market for the shoot. There was no natural pain on his face, which was on my frozen face. And the icing on the cake was that when we came back to Mumbai, the entire song was scrapped and re-shot again.
Fanaa grossed over 100 crores at the worldwide box office. The song Mere Haath Mein has many romantic scenes of Aamir and Kajol on a boat in the middle of a frozen lake, which is very special even after years. In the film, Kajol played the role of a blind girl named Juni, while Aamir played the role of a tourist guide in the film. It also starred Rishi Kapoor, Tabu, Kirron Kher and child artist Ali Haji in lead roles.
