Bollywood Legendary Actor Manoj Kumar was honoured by the World Book of Records London. Manoj kumar was awarded the WBR Golden Arra of Bollywood for his contribution to Indian cinema.
The award is given by the Supreme Court lawyer and President of the World Book of Records, Santosh Shukla, vice-president Usman Khan and Professor Rajiv Sharma. Manoj Kumar also honored by the Government of India with the Padma Shri in 1992 and Dada Saheb Phalke in 2015. Manoj Kumar is known for his patriotic films. He has given big hits like ‘Hariyali Aur Rasta’, ‘Woh Kaun Thi’, ‘Himalaya Ki Lap Mein’, ‘Upkar’.

The institution gave this honor to Dilip Kumar for his contribution to Indian cinema. The award was conferred on Dilip Saheb by the World Book of Records London on his birthday but due to poor health, the actor himself could not reach the honor. Bhai Aslam Khan accepted the award in his place. Dilip Saheb, who was honoured with Dadasaheb Phalke in 1994, was last seen in ‘Qila’ in 1998. He has also been awarded the Padma Vibhushan in the year 2015.
