South’s superstar Yash’s film KGF-2 continues to make records at the box office. Now this film has joined the 800 crore club in just 10 days. With this, KGF-2 has surpassed the lifetime business of Rajinikanth’s 2.0 to become the 7th highest-grossing Indian film. Not only this, the Hindi version of the film has also earned around 300 crores in 10 days. The trade analyst expects the film to break into the 1000 crore club soon.
Manobala Vijaybalan shared a post on social media and said that KGF-2, made in the budget of Rs 100 crore, made a world wide gross box office collection of Rs 42.15 crore on the third day of the second week i.e. on the 10th day (Saturday). Earlier, the film had earned 26.09 crores on the second day (Friday) and 30.18 crores on the first day (Thursday) of the second week. At the same time, the film did a business of Rs 720.31 crore in the first week.
Accordingly, the film has made a total world wide gross box office collection of Rs 818.73 crore in 10 days so far. With this, the film has also become the 7th highest grossing Indian film in 10 days, leaving behind the lifetime gross (Rs 800 crore) business of Rajinikanth’s film ‘2.0’.
