Boycott ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’ Trended On Social Media

Bollywood superstars Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan are in the headlines these days due to their upcoming film ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’. But this film has run into trouble even before its release. People on social media are requesting the audience not to watch this film and boycott it. Because of this #BoycottLaalSinghChaddha is also trending on Twitter.

Recently, during an interview when Kareena was asked about this, she said that nowadays everyone can have their opinion, but she believes that a good film can beat anything.

Kareena says, ‘In today’s time everyone wants to express their views. Nowadays there are different platforms and through that people can raise their voice. Everyone has an opinion about everything. So if this is happening today, then you have to learn to ignore some things. If you don’t do this then life will be difficult to live. That’s why I don’t take these things seriously.

Kareena further says, ‘Whatever I want to post, I only post it. I know that when the film releases, everyone will have some opinion about it. If it is a good film, I am sure it will surpass anything and people will like it. I think it is a good film and it will surpass anything.

Aamir had also earlier said while giving his opinion on boycotting the film, ‘I also feel sad that some people feel that I am a person who does not like my country India, while I am in India. And I love the people here. It’s unfortunate that some people think this way about me. Please don’t boycott my film. Please watch my film.

Talking about Kareena’s work front, she will soon be seen in the film ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’ with Aamir Khan. The film is a Hindi remake of Hollywood film ‘Forrest Gump’, which will hit the theaters on August 11. Apart from Kareena, it also stars Aamir Khan and Mona Singh. South actor Naga Chaitanya is also going to make his Bollywood debut through this film. Apart from this, Kareena is going to make her digital debut soon. He recently wrapped up the shooting of the Sujoy Ghosh-directed OTT project. The project is based on a Japanese novel.
