The Bollywood film ‘Kuttey’ has come into controversy even before its release. The case of the film starring actor Arjun Kapoor and actress Tabu has reached the Jodhpur High Court. The daughter of the police officer has filed the petition. The petition will be heard on January 12.
Filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj’s son Aasman Bhardwaj’s film will release on January 13. It has been told in the trailer of the film that the story is based on the police department. So the title is not correct.
The petitioner, daughter of Additional SP Narendra Chowdhary in Jalore, has objected to this. Now there will be a hearing in the court of Justice Arun Bhansali. Arjun Kapoor and Tabu both play police officers in the film. Apart from this, there are other actors including Konkona Sen, Naseeruddin Shah. Due to the dialogue and other scenes of the film, it has been issued an A category certificate.
The faces shown on the film’s poster are shown in uniform. Dogs are depicted on their faces. The petition has sought a change in the title of the film and a stay on its release. Advocate Dipesh Beniwal will appear on behalf of the petitioner.
Dipesh Beniwal said that we do not oppose the freedom of expression. Right to Live with Dignity can be violated under Article 21 of the Constitution. A petition has been filed regarding this.
