Rishabh Shetty Announced The Sequel Of Kantara

After the success of Rishabh Shetty’s film Kantara, now the makers have announced its prequel. Recently the film completed 100 days of its release. On this special occasion, while sharing this good news with the fans, Rishabh Shetty told that the work on the script of the film is going on. At the same time, trade analyst Taran Adarsh also gave this information to the fans by sharing the post on social media.

Taran Adarsh wrote in his post, ‘The prequel of Kantara has been announced. It is one of the most successful films ever. Now its prequel is about to come. The makers of the film announced a prequel during the 100-day celebration of the film. Further information about this film will be given in a few days.

Announcing the prequel, Rishabh Shetty said, “We are very happy and thankful to the audience who have shown immense love and support to Kantara. Taking this journey forward, with the blessings of Almighty God the film has successfully completed 100 days and I am announcing the prequel of ‘Kantara’ on this special occasion.

Rishabh Shetty further said, ‘What you have seen is actually Part 2, Part 1 will come next year. This thought came to my mind when I was shooting for ‘Kantara’ because ‘Kantara’ has more depth in its history, and as far as the writing part is concerned, we are currently working on it more. As the research is still going on, it is too early to reveal anything about the details of the film. ‘Rishabh Shetty starrer The film was released in theaters on 30 September.

The film’s earnings were very slow in the initial days of release, but gradually the film started gaining momentum. Originally made in Kannada language, the makers released it in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages on October 14, keeping in mind the stupendous collection of the film.

‘Kantara’ has bagged the title of Best Rating Indian Film on IMDb. The film has got a rating of 9.1 on IMDb. Earlier ‘KGF 2’ was number one in terms of best ratings on IMDb. Made in a budget of 16 crores, this film has so far earned more than 400 crores.
