Bollywood King Shahrukh Khan’s film Pathan was released on 5200 screens across the country on Wednesday. Somewhere this film is getting support and somewhere it is being opposed. The first show has been canceled due to protests by Hindu organizations in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. At the same time, protests are going on outside the cinema hall against Pathan in the capital Bhopal. Pathan’s posters were torn at many places in Bihar and UP.
Pathan got leaked online a day before its theatrical release. According to media reports, pirated copies of the film are available on Filmyzilla and Filmy4wap. Film makers appealed to fans to watch the film in cinema halls. Also said that neither do videography of the film in theaters nor share it with anyone.

Even before the first show of Pathan in Indore, pro-Hindu organizations protested outside the theatres. The first show in cinemas has been cancelled. Activists went inside the theaters and forced the staff out. Warned not to play Pathan movie. However, the commissioner claimed that law and order would not deteriorate. Heavy police force has been deployed outside the theatres. In Ratlam too, Hinduist organizations have opposed the film.
