
A case of sexual exploitation and blackmailing is pending in the name of getting girls involved in beauty contests trying to make a career in cinema. Under this, the National Commission for Women- NCW has recently issued another notice for recording statements to director-producer Mahesh Bhatt and actress Urvashi Rautela along with some others.

Social activist Yogita Bhayana, in her complaint, has accused IAG Ventures promoter Sunny Verma of blackmailing and sexually abusing many girls on the pretext of giving her the opportunity to pursue a career in modeling. In this case, notice has been sent to Mahesh Bhatt and Urvashi Rautela for testimony in this case. At the same time, on the whole matter, an official statement from the team of Mahesh Bhatt said that the director has not received any notice from Rekha Sharma, Chairperson of the National Commission for Women.
