A video of Swara Bhaskar has gone viral, in which she is seen criticising the Supreme Court, the government and the police. Social media users have accused her of inciting violence. Advocate Sanjeev Kumar have filed a petition in the Delhi High Court. In which an FIR has been lodged against Swara Bhaskar, social activist Harsh Mander and RJ Saema and Aam Aadmi Party MLA Amanatullah Khan.

This petition has also demanded that Delhi Investigation should be investigated by the National Investigation Agency.

Swara continues to oppose the CAA and NRC. In this video too, the Swara is seen accusing the government and the judiciary of not doing their work and taking people to the streets. Arrest Swara Bhaskar is also trending after this tweet by Swara.
