Now producer Deepak Mukut said in a special conversation, “We have completed the shooting of the film in Budapest. This will be Bollywood’s second female-centric action film in recent years. Earlier in the film ‘Naam Shabana’, Taapsee did. Did action.
Here Kangana is starting a new trend in the action genre with ‘Dhaakad’. This movie is made for theaters only. We will 100% release it in cinemas only. September or later if there is no third wave of covid If it comes, we will bring it in theaters this year itself. Yes, it is definitely that we cannot wait for the cinema as much as the film ‘Sooryavanshi’ or ‘Chehre’ did.”
Deepak Mukut also made it clear that the film will not release on this Gandhi Jayanti. Deepak said, “That is because the Budapest schedule has been pushed forward by one and a half months due to Pandemic and delay in renewal of Kangana’s passport. So the film is still in the post production stage. It will take two to two and a half months to complete it. As a result, it will be released after Diwali. We are looking at dates from November 12 to 15. It is a high budget film and it costs more than 70 to 80 crores. We have shot the action in Budapest. Well we Were going to film it in Belarus.”
Deepak said, “The action sequences were being shot in Budapest till the presence of Arjun Rampal and Divya Dutta. The songs were shot in the first two weeks of August. On August 10, we shot a song in a club there. Kangana’s character kills Sheikh. Like in Sunny Leone’s dance number in ‘Raees’, Shah Rukh Khan’s character reaches out to kill another villain in the club. But here the dance number is pictured on Kangana. She dances and action in the film. Both do. There are a total of four to five songs in the film. One is the song in the beginning, the other is the lullaby. The third song is designed on Kangana’s entry. The fourth is a club song.
